Working with my employer (Nikki) on this project has been one of the most inspiring experiences of my academic and professional journey. Despite having an incredibly demanding schedule, she somehow manages to stay on top of everything. She's always organized, thoughtful, and fully present. Her ability to balance leadership with approachability made a huge difference for me. Even when things got overwhelming, her encouragement and trust in my work gave me the motivation to keep pushing. She never micromanaged, but she was always there when I needed clarity or support. Her dedication to both her responsibilities and to mentoring someone like me is something I deeply admire, and it made me want to go above and beyond not just for the project, but for her. I learned as much from her leadership style as I did from the technical challenges and I’m genuinely grateful for the opportunity to have worked with someone so sharp, driven, and kind.
