Learner goals and capabilities

Are you working in an industry that is changing fast because of new, digital technologies? How are your competitors changing? How do customers or users feel about the changes? What's coming on the horizon, and are you prepared?

Are you working in a traditional industry which has not been affected very much? Are you wondering what digital methods and tools are available to you, and how that might change how you operate? What are your competition doing?

We can help you to explore these issues, in a student 'digital consultancy' project.

Student teams will:

  • Analyse and classify your existing business model
  • Evaluate the trends, opportunities and changes happening in your industry
  • Produce a report presenting a strategy for business model innovation in your organisation

We are in a global top 100 University, and Southampton business school is top 10 in multiple UK rankings.
