Project Examples

Requirements

Teams of student-consultants will perform an inclusion and diversity assessment at your workplace to assess where your company currently stands and then provide recommendations for incorporating equitable practices that are relevant for your company. Studies show that workplaces that value diversity gain a competitive advantage, have more adaptable and creative workforces, and perform better financially than similar firms. Many young job-seekers want to work at firms that value diversity, and rank a diverse workplace as extremely important in deciding what firms they want to work for.
