Our students are from an engineering background learning to apply business, accounting and finance knowledge in a real-world setting. Student-teams will apply the principles of financial accounting, corporate finance and financial management of organizations to address a challenge or opportunity of your choice. Upon completion of the project, you will receive a detailed report and presentation.
Learners
The final project deliverables might include:
- 10-15 minute online presentation of key findings and recommendations.
- A detailed report including their research, analysis, insights, and recommendations
- Periodical update on the progress.

Project Examples
Requirements
Beginning in February, students in groups of 3-6 will work with your company to identify your needs and provide actionable recommendations, based on their in-depth research and analysis.
Project activities might include but are not limited to:
- Investment appraisal
- Financial planning
- Preparation and presentation and interpretation of financial statements (this doesn't include the technical accounting standards aspects as students are not technical experts in accounting)
